Politically Speaking: Communicating with Elected Officials
Join us on January 16th as CPRS Ottawa-Gatineau proudly welcomes Ashton Arsenault, a leading voice in Canadian public affairs and one of The Hill Times’ Top 100 Lobbyists in Canada—two years running.
In today’s topsy-turvy political climate across Canada and the U.S., knowing how to effectively communicate with elected officials is more essential than ever. Ashton, a Partner at Crestview Strategy in Ottawa, will share his real-world tested strategies for influencing decision-makers, navigating political change, and staying ahead in public affairs.
With a career spanning Parliament Hill and beyond—as a political aide, campaign manager, and trusted media commentator—Ashton’s insights are as sharp as his credentials. Armed with a Master of Political Management from Carleton University and years of real-world experience, he’s here to equip attendees at our January event with practical tools for success in government relations, lobbying, media training, and more.
This is your chance to learn from a proven Public Affairs expert who’s shaped policies, built powerful connections, and thrived in the most complex political environments.
